My name is Richard Brandl and I live in the Kansas City metro.   My background is health and fitness and currently am a licensed physical therapist assistant and an independent Reliv Distributor.

I discovered Reliv two years ago as I was listening to a local radio station on my commute to work.  At the time I had some extra time to fill and wanted to pursue something that would lead me to a more hopeful financial future.   My wife is an interior designer  and we have four kids that all are in private schools so thought any extra income would help in many ways.

Taking food supplements is nothing new around our house being a fitness professional so Reliv was a natural fit with my lifestyle .   Self motivation was never an issue for me to exercise but after 40 years of physical activity, my body was beginning to show signs of wear and tear and mentally having a challenge to get out and perform like I used to. 

I got interested in the mud run, obstacle course craze as a way to set fitness goals and keep myself motivated.  However, I was starting to feel discomfort throughout my hips, knees and right shoulder and that was slowing down my progress.  To control the discomfort  I was basically a member of the “daily ibuprofen club”.  After several months of taking the products I noticed several things.  First the discomfort in my knees and shoulder joints decreased.  My focus during off road runs was more acute and the recovery time was much shorter.  My energy levels during the day improved and I am sleeping much better and waking refreshed in the morning.    My most recent benefit has been to shorten my recovery time to poison ivy, which I am highly allergic to.  Taking Reliv products has provided my body with great nutrition.   Reliv enhances my lifestyle choices very nicely.

The rest of my family has also benefited.  My wife has had worsening hip and knee discomfort and has reduced the discomfort levels, sounder sleep and more daily energy.  My children have had fewer colds, help with acne problems, overall better health and we all enjoy less dramatic mood swings.  My college age son, has benefited from workout recovery, increased energy and enhanced focus, and less stress when taking tests. 

Overall, our family is much healthier, happier and making less frequent doctor visits.

Our household has also benefited financially.  With only a very part time effort  I have generated as much as $500 in a month.  With the expenses our family has, any extra income is welcome.  It allows us to have a night out as a family at the movies or nicer restaurant.  As we continue to grow our business and the income increases, I can only see light and hope as we move forward.  We are making a difference in many lives, see results all around us and love the future we have ahead of us.  I feel blessed to have been found by Reliv and look forward to healthy, happy years together as a family.
